CONDITIONS OF REPAIR AND RETURN
By accepting these terms of sale, the reseller undertakes to make known the particularities of Anky Byanka products to his customers. Otherwise Anka Byanka will not be able to accept repair and return claims.
Anka Byanka products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase and on presentation of the valid sales receipt.
The warranty includes two free interventions:
1. A repair of the surface of the jewel
2. A change of the jewel's primer.
Please not that the delivery of the product to be repaired at the workshop will be at the customer's expense. However, we offer delivery of the repaired piece (provided that the recipient's address is in France; in case it is located abroad the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer).
Repairs other than those listed are not covered by this warranty. Nevertheless, they may be subject to a separate order. For more information, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. REPAIR OF THE JEWEL'S SURFACE:
Restoration of the metallic film and varnish
Cleaning and polishing of the jewel's surface
REPLACEMENT OF THE JEWEL'S PRIMER:
Replacement of the bail
Replacement of the chain or cord (only in case of a worn cord)
Replacement of the earring's attachment
Replacement of the earring's clip
Replacement of the ring
Replacement of the clasp of a chain or cord
Replacement of the pressure or magnetic clasp
The complete replacement of the plastic parts is not covered by this warranty and must be the subject of a separate order.
Any defective product can be returned to the shipping address within seven work days from the date of receipt of the product. The piece must be returned in its original packaging and must be accompanied by any accessories and notices, as well as the duly completed return note (slip provided on request by email: email@example.com).
The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and acceptance of the parcel by our services we will exchange it for a new product (in this case the shipping of the new product will be at our expense).
